Bali will again proudly open its Culinary Festival, Nusa Dua Fiesta 2010 which will be held on 16 – 20 October 2010 conducted by ICA (Indonesian Chef Association) in conjunction with BTDC (Bali Tourism Development Corporation) sited in a Bali secluded prestigious white sandy beach area Nusa Dua (south Bali) with lots of Green Tourism Arts & Culture & Leisure
Worldwide Tourists will flock here to Nusa Dua Fiesta 2010 including worldwide TV & Magazines to cover this special event. Lots of attractions such as Water Sports, Family Activities, Art & Fashion Shopping, Food Bazaar and most of all is CULINARY CHALLENGE for Professional Chefs.
ICA will conduct 18 class International & Traditional Culinary Challenges for Individual & Team of Professional Chefs & Junior Chefs including Carvings/ Sculpture (Ice, Butter and Fruit), Displays, Traditional Balinese Bebek Betutu (Duck in Balinese spices wrapped in banana leaves) that serve fresh to amaze you all, cooking live by Professional Chefs in traditional way, wedding cake Balinese style and many more.
Its attractions will be exploring all in one-step-away place. Well, you can see and interact with the most wonderful nature of Bali, with its warm hearted Balinese people, interact directly with wonderful life creatures in blue ocean bordering the event area.
