Sanur Condotel
There is a new Condotel going up in Sanur called Sanur Condotel. It is being managed by PT. BBC&C Hotel & Management and constructed by Bali Building Consultants. It will be the first of its kind, to be constructed by and managed under western management. Units are for sale and it will offer the owner that added feeling of security and peace of mind. The company was previously involved with the building of the O~CE~N Outrigger and New Kuta Townhouses of which have been very successful.
The Sanur Condotel will offer 53 Condotel units, 28 studios units, 9 units of 1 bedroom, 14 units of 2 bedroom, and 2 penthouses with all these being close to one of Bali’s most famous beach areas, Sanur Beach. It takes approximately 20 minutes from Ngurah Rai Airport and 15 minutes from the capital city of Denpasar.
PT. BBC & C HOTEL MANAGEMENT is part of PT. BALI BUILDING CONSULTANTS & CONSTRUCTION who will take care of all the Condotel units as well as the facilities supplied.
The Sanur Condotel provides a complete resort for accommodation with facilities and services to a 4 star level, including a Bar and Restaurant, Coffee shop, Room Service, Large Swimming Pool, Business Centre, Massage Service, Children’s Pool, Concierge, Full CCTV security, Parking, Internet, Cable TV and an On-call Doctor.

Hi Quintin, the Hotel Jayakarta Bali is a very popular choice for travels to Bali and reasonably priced. There are 145 apartments with one, two or three bedrooms. It’s clear that the Sanur Condotel and Bali Buiding Consultants have disappeared and/or “Done a runner mate”. The Sanur Condotel is a half-completed concrete shell in Sanur, when completion was promised to “Owners” by August 2011.

Everything has gone quiet and, according to my friends in Mertasari, the half-completed concrete shell of the Sanur Condotel sits abandoned as it has now for over 6 months.
Is there an explanation or is this just another Bali developer ripoff?

Hi Michael, XP website is still open and although they do not market Sanur Condotel Bali because all units are sold out, they still provide information about this Bali development http://www.xpbali.com/SanurCondotel.pdf. Thanks for the input and, yes, XP have been in touch and confirmed that all units have been sold.
I do still wonder why the website is closed and, according to Australian friends living nearby, the site is half-finished and deserted, the site Office shut and the nearby Office of Bali Property Consulting, the developer, also closed with no forward details.
Do you have any further information as to when the development will be completed so that I might pursue buying a resale unit?

Hi Michael, our Bali office contacted XP Properties, and their office is running, and they market many development properties in Bali. They told us that all units have been sold. They did not give us a reason why they did not respond to your email. I suggest you contact them by phone for further details. Good luck!

Yes and with all the facilities,,great pricing 30m2 suites and 50m2 studios from $59.000.00 and 98.000.00 great buys for a 50yr lease I will certainly be buying one, especially with the sports bar going in..

So far, Santrian and Bali Hyatt are favorite hotels in Sanur. I hope with this new condotel, there will be another place which become other favorite accommodation to stay at Sanur.
