Sanur Condotel
There is a new Condotel going up in Sanur called Sanur Condotel. It is being managed by PT. BBC&C Hotel & Management and constructed by Bali Building Consultants. It will be the first of its kind, to be constructed by and managed under western management. Units are for sale and it will offer the owner that added feeling of security and peace of mind. The company was previously involved with the building of the O~CE~N Outrigger and New Kuta Townhouses of which have been very successful.
The Sanur Condotel will offer 53 Condotel units, 28 studios units, 9 units of 1 bedroom, 14 units of 2 bedroom, and 2 penthouses with all these being close to one of Bali’s most famous beach areas, Sanur Beach.
