Sanur Condotel
There is a new Condotel going up in Sanur called Sanur Condotel. It is being managed by PT. BBC&C Hotel & Management and constructed by Bali Building Consultants. It will be the first of its kind, to be constructed by and managed under western management. Units are for sale and it will offer the owner that added feeling of security and peace of mind. The company was previously involved with the building of the O~CE~N Outrigger and New Kuta Townhouses of which have been very successful.
The Sanur Condotel will offer 53 Condotel units, 28 studios units, 9 units of 1 bedroom, 14 units of 2 bedroom, and 2 penthouses with all these being close to one of Bali’s most famous beach areas, Sanur Beach. It takes approximately 20 minutes from Ngurah Rai Airport and 15 minutes from the capital city of Denpasar.
PT. BBC & C HOTEL MANAGEMENT is part of PT. BALI BUILDING CONSULTANTS & CONSTRUCTION who will take care of all the Condotel units as well as the facilities supplied.
The Sanur Condotel provides a complete resort for accommodation with facilities and services to a 4 star level, including a Bar and Restaurant, Coffee shop, Room Service, Large Swimming Pool, Business Centre, Massage Service, Children’s Pool, Concierge, Full CCTV security, Parking, Internet, Cable TV and an On-call Doctor.

The Jayakarta Bali

With great success of Bali Film Festival BALINALE 2009, sees Bali again hosting a 2010 Film Festival. BALINALE 2009 success brought a selection of quality Local Indonesian and International feature films, documentaries and shorts, with lots of “you have to sees” like “Valentino”, “Tokyo Sonata”, and many others.
International Film Festival BALINALE 2010 will Premiere “EAT PRAY LOVE” starring the Academy Award winners Julia Roberts and Javier Bardem. The Sony Pictures projected blockbuster co-stars one of Indonesia’s primary film actresses and BALINALE co-founder Christine Hakim as a traditional healer ‘Wayan Nuriyasih’. One-third of the film is set on Bali and shows the visually rich culture and stunning locations.

Kuta Golf Anniversary
With the third anniversary celebration coming up, New Kuta Golf would like to invite golf fanatics to take part in a weekend golf tournament with approximately 400 locals as well as visitors ready to participate.
The New Kuta Golf opened back in December 2008 and is considered one of the most impressive golf courses in Bali. It has become popular for various tournaments at both local and international levels. The Indonesian Open in February 2009 as well as the Ladies Indonesia Open in March of this year were all hosted at this Golfing venue.
Tee-off will be started by the Director and accompanied by management as well as Staff members. The 2nd and 3rd October will feature two shotgun starts followed by a Gala dinner on the driving range. Great prizes are to be presented to the winners along with door prizes including a Suzuki Automobile and three motorbikes!
A new membership program offering special rates and benefits will also be launched on the anniversary as well as be available during the promotion period 1st to 31st October 2010.
