Bali Holiday Season Accommodation
Since our last post about accommodation in Bali for the Xmas and New Years period we have been swamped with accommodation requests for this period. Although there are still Hotels, Resorts and Villas that still have availability, they are nearing full capacity for the holiday period.

The Jayakarta Bali
The Jayakarta Bali is situated in lush garden and close to Legian’s well-known sunset beach. The resort is located within walking distance to the popular Kuta area, which is famous for shopping as well as having outstanding restaurants and amazing nightlife. Bali Ngurah Rai International is an easy drive from the hotel and Denpasar is approximately 25 minutes away.
The Jayakarta Bali comprises 278 rooms and 72 apartments. All rooms have individual air-conditioning, bath and shower, IDD telephones, mini bar, satellite TV & in room movie. Each room has a balcony or terrace. In addition, apartments feature a sofa bed in the living room and kitchenette with microwave including full set of china and glassware, a perfect choice for the family.
They have 5 Restaurant and Bars, the Tanah Lot Restaurant and Bar which serves Indonesia and International cuisine, the Jimbaran Restaurant with its freshest selection of seafood is served at your choice, the Benoa Italian Restaurant serving Italian cuisine and the Sunset Dream Bar and Pool Bar.

Mercure Kuta Bali
Mercure Kuta Bali is located in the center of Kuta,right a cross from famous Kuta Beach surrounded by numerous shopping, dining options and all the Kuta’s exciting attractions including Hard Rock Cafe Bali, Legian, Poppies Lane, Kamasutra, Waterbom Bali, Discovery Mall and Kartika Plaza.
There are 130 guest rooms. The rooms are divided into 4 (four) different categories, starting from the lowest category at Standard Room, Superior Room, Deluxe Ocean view Room and the highest category is Junior Suite all designed in modern minimalist style combined with Balinese wooden architecture. All rooms are Air-conditioned and feature modern furnishings and private bathroom with tub and shower. A Minibar, tea/coffee making facilities and in-room safe are also provided for guests.
For welcoming the New Year (2011), the Mercure Kuta Bali has released a Festivities Rate special for Domestic and KITAS holder. This rate is divided into 2 validity periods:
1. December 23rd – 27th, 2010 and January 03rd – 07th, 2011
2. December 28th, 2010 – January 2nd, 2011 (minimum 3 nights stay)
